“Three-Region School-Enterprise Cooperation Programme”: Cultivating Outstanding Talent for the Jewellery Industry
To address the growing demand for skilled professionals in the jewellery industry, the Group has launched the “Three-Region School-Enterprise Cooperation Programme” since 2014. In partnership with five vocational schools in Shenzhen, Shunde, and Wuhan, the programme cultivates talent through specialised classes and off-campus training in jewellery design, manufacturing, processing, and marketing. By identifying and nurturing exceptional students, we have significantly improved employment rates and job quality for graduates.
The collaborations with five institutions have enhanced students' skills to meet industry demands, strengthening the connection between enterprises and educational institutions. Over the past three years, approximately 88% trained students have successfully secured employment in the industry.
