We believe nurturing future talent is essential to our industry's sustainable growth. Since 2019, we have sponsored young artisans from Hong Kong to compete in the WorldSkills Competition, known as the "Olympics of Skills".
Our programme includes professional training, seminars, and access to advanced equipment, with an annual sponsorship of HK$50,000 for each representative. Experienced craftsmen guide participants to help them achieve significant improvements. Many participants, including Chan Wing Long who has joined Chow Tai Fook Jewellery since 2019 and won the Award of Excellence at the 2019 competition, have demonstrated the programme's impact on their careers. This not only enhances Hong Kong's presence in international skills competitions but also fosters talent development in the jewellery industry, helping the next generation of artisans thrive.
