Digital serves as a dynamic function to drive deep customer engagement and value creation throughout Chow Tai Fook’s end-to-end jewellery business, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and data insights. Our mission is to drive sales growth and enhance customer loyalty to the brand by turning digital applications & data insights into compelling retail experiences across our extensive store network and leading e-commerce channels. By weaving emerging technologies and AI into the fabric of our operations and digital workplace, we also aim to position Chow Tai Fook for future success in the digital transformation era, extending our impact beyond borders into both China and overseas markets.


The Remuneration Committee currently consists of seven members, including five independent non-executive directors, Dr. Or Ching-Fai, Raymond, Mr. Kwong Che-Keung, Gordon, Mr. Lam Kin-Fung, Jeffrey, Ms. Cheng Ka-Lai, Lily and Ms. Fung Wing-Yee, Sabrina, and two executive directors, Dr. Cheng Kar-Shun, Henry and Ms. Cheng Chi-Man, Sonia. It is currently chaired by Dr. Or Ching-Fai, Raymond.

We have 2 sizable PSC facilitates at Wuhan and Shunde, our operations encompass a comprehensive broad range of activities, all coordinated to deliver the final product that meets the high expectations of our clientele.
